Open Streets Returns Along With TRF

The Fort Wayne Three Rivers Festival, the second-largest summer fest in Indiana, returns this year for its 51st season of fun on July 12th. Returning with it is a fairly new addition to the festival: the third annual Open Streets event, being held on Sunday, July 14 from 11AM to 5PM. 1.5mi of Calhoun St. – from Superior St. to Pontiac St. – will be closed to vehicles but open to pedestrians for walking, biking, and skating. There will also be free, family-friendly activities along the entire route, with FortLUG being invited to host a LEGO-themed activity! We’re excited to be able to participate in Fort Wayne’s premier summer fest, so come out and play in the street with us, then be sure to visit the rest of the fest, which concludes July 20th with a fireworks spectacular.
